    • Net Zero Carbon Impact Award for our St Mary’s Biophilic School project alongside our supply chain partner, Innovare

  • Constructing Excellence North West Regional Construction Awards
    • Our project for Warringtonfire was successful in three categories:
      • Integration and Collaborative Working – recognising the benefits of using our integrated working model (IWM)
      • Innovation Award
      • Project of the Year for the Cheshire, Warrington and Wirral sub region
    • We also won the 2025 People and Culture Award for our Better Together networks
  • Insider Yorkshire Property Awards
    • Our restoration of the Garden Mills building for Bradford College was shortlisted for Refurbishment of the Year

June 2025

  • Constructing Excellence Wales Awards
    • Prince Charles Hospital won the Retrofit Project of the Year Award
  • Design in Mental Health Awards
    • Knowl Park House was highly commended in the Project of the Year (New Build) UK category

    • Project Architect of the Year, awarded to David Brook of Hawkins\Brown
    • Sustainability Award, sponsored by Autodesk
  • Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Awards
    • We received a Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) Patron’s Award, making it 25 and 24 years of consecutive Gold Awards, for our construction business and engineering business, respectively
