TD Configurator
The TD Connect Configurator is our multi award-winning, web based concept design platform.
Using approved content from the Kit-of-Parts Library, teams can rapidly assemble concept designs and assess options with live insight into cost, carbon and programme. This helps customers understand proposals earlier and supports clearer, informed decision making.
Revit Rebuilder
Our patented Revit Rebuilder bridges the gap between early concept design and technical design.
It converts Configurator outputs into native Revit models while reconnecting designs to approved library components. This strengthens information continuity, reduces manual rebuilding and supports faster progression into detailed design.
cmBuilder
cmBuilder supports both work winning and project delivery. At tender stage, it helps create visual project delivery videos that demonstrate logistics, sequencing and construction methodology. During delivery, it enables teams to test different approaches, visualise programmes and improve communication with customers and stakeholders.
360° site capture
Our teams use digital tools such as Dalux Capture and Oculo to create reliable 360-degree visual records of site progress. By reviewing site imagery alongside drawings and models, project teams can verify work against design intent, monitor progress and maintain a clear visual record throughout delivery.
