Frameworks
Tilbury Douglas delivers construction services through a wide range of frameworks, including national programmes such as the Department for Education (DfE) Construction Framework and Pagabo, alongside key regional frameworks including the Southern Construction Framework (SCF) and NHS Building for Wales. Each year, over 90% of our work is secured through established frameworks, aligned with industry best practice, including the Construction Playbook and Constructing the Gold Standard.
