Each year, over 90% of our work is secured through established frameworks, aligned with industry best practice, including the Construction Playbook and Constructing the Gold Standard.

Since 2015, Tilbury Douglas has successfully collaborated on this framework to deliver over £755m of school building projects, including primary, secondary, SEND and Higher/Further Education.

ProCure22

ProCure22 is the 3rd iteration of the NHS procurement programme which commenced in 2016 providing development and delivery for NHS and Social Care schemes in England.

Procure Partnerships Framework

Tilbury Douglas has collaborated with Procure Partnerships since 2018 to deliver high-quality projects that meet the changing needs of our built environment and support ambitions to build back better.

NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) Framework

Tailored to NHS clients and free to use, Tilbury Douglas was appointed onto this collaborative framework in 2020.

Crown Commercial Services (CCS)

Tilbury Douglas is proud to be a framework contractor on one of the UK’s largest public sector frameworks.

LHC Public Buildings (PB3)

Tilbury Douglas was appointed to this collaborative, national framework in 2021 – open to all public sector bodies.

North West Construction Hub

Tilbury Douglas was named as a North West Construction Hub (NWCH) framework partner in 2023, and are part of their successful Medium Value Framework, delivering public sector projects from £2m to £9m, including education, health, decarbonisation, civic, heritage, museum and blue-light projects.

Pagabo

We've successfully collaborated with Pagabo since their first construction framework was launched in 2015.
