We were named as a North West Construction Hub (NWCH) framework partner in 2023, and are part of their successful Medium Value Framework, delivering public sector projects from £3 to £8m, including education, health, decarbonisation, civic, heritage, museum and blue-light projects.
Established in 2010, the award winning NWCH frameworks have delivered over £2.7bn of capital projects and have been developed and revised through comprehensive consultation with public sector organisations who understand the needs of their peers.
The framework is flexible and the type of contract can be selected by the client, with a focus on partnership and collaboration. Procurement can take place from RIBA Stage 0 through to Stage 4, according to the needs of the project.
Fully compliant, a rigorous selection process to appoint constructor partners to the frameworks was undertaken which included both price and quality. Open book accounting principles enable client commercial managers to ensure that competitive best value rates are obtained in all instances.
