We’ve successfully collaborated with Pagabo since their first construction framework was launched in 2015. We currently have places on five Pagabo frameworks; Medium Works, Refit & Refurb, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Solutions, Decarbonisation (General) and Decarbonisation (Healthcare).
Benefits of using these frameworks
Pagabo’s national framework agreements connect you to the right suppliers for a full range of works, services, and goods; in a better, faster and more sustainable way. They’re free to access, easy to use and suitable for every purchasing project – with nine out of 10 framework users recommending a Pagabo Framework.
Medium Works (£1m-£5m, £5m-£10m)
This fully PCR compliant framework can be used to commission a full range of mid-sized building works, valued between £50k-£10m.
Refit and Refurbishment (£1m-£5m, £5m-£10m, £10m+)
Convert buildings whilst keeping the same structure; improving and restoring buildings through renovation or incorporate the very latest in modern systems, through refurb & retrofit projects with budgets over £50k.
M&E Solutions (£500k-£1m, £1m-£3m, £3m+)
Access to our specialist in-house M&E contractor, Tilbury Douglas Engineering, for a range of M&E projects covering 4 sub lots and valued over £50k.
Decarbonisation – General Works (£1m-£15m+)
Projects delivered through this framework will be focused on decarbonising existing domestic and non-domestic estates (education, commercial, leisure), in whatever form this may be, by reducing operational carbon emissions and improving energy performance.
Decarbonisation – Healthcare (£1m-£15m+)
This framework covers a range of projects including installation of specialist heating, cooling and ventilation systems, installation of renewable energy sources, fabric upgrades, installation of energy saving lighting, and replacement of inefficient glazing.
Key focus of this framework: Mental health and wellbeing
With the global stigma surrounding mental health slowly being broken down, one sector in which this remains an issue is the construction industry. As an organisation with a large presence within the sector, the Pagabo Foundation was created to unite their key partners and set out initiatives to tackle these issues head on. Tilbury Douglas supports this focus through our own people, planet, performance strategy where we embrace and promote health, wellbeing and excellence in safety by providing a wide-range of resources to our employees and supply chain partners – ensuring they are fully supported while working on construction projects.
