Tilbury Douglas has collaborated with Procure Partnerships since 2018 to deliver high-quality projects that meet the changing needs of our built environment and support ambitions to build back better.
Benefits of using this framework
This national framework can support new build and refurbishment projects with organisations such as Schools, Academies, Colleges, Universities, Emergency Services, NHS, Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Libraries and Museums, Charities, Government Departments, Leisure Providers, and the MoD.
For full flexibility, the framework is PCR compliant and has been built to be flexible giving clients a choice of single stage or two stage procurement options and up to eight forms of call off contract.
In addition, market engagement sessions between client and contractor help build a robust tender list, pre-construction advice, and continuous project delivery monitoring post-contractor procurement.
The regional structure of Procure Partnerships is unique in comparison to other national frameworks. Regional lots do not cover large expansive geographies – ensuring best fit regional suppliers who understand the local demographic and employ local people have the opportunity to deliver.
Key focus of this framework: Social value
Procure Partnerships puts Social Value at the heart of all their activities and their unique Social Value Awards showcase excellence across the framework within a multitude of sectors – highlighting how contractors are collaborating to deliver sustainable Social Value. In 2023, Tilbury Douglas were shortlisted in four categories, and were successful in winning:
- Social Value Delivery Award – Heritage: Oldham Old Library
- Collaborative Working Group of the Year Award, Yorkshire – Horsforth Shed, Wellbeing Initiative
Tilbury Douglas supports this focus through our own ESG strategy where we embrace and promote meaningful Social Value through bespoke options that support community outcomes. ESG sets a clear framework for defining, measuring and reporting Social Value, ensuring appropriate targets are set and met – leading to long-term legacy.
