The Severn Trent Water Capital Delivery Supplementary Qualification System is a three year supplementary framework that provides support for the delivery of Severn Trent Water’s £2.5bn capital programme including their Green Recovery Scheme.
The framework forms an expanded and diversified supply chain, with partnering as its root ethos for Severn Trent Water which will see us deliver design & build and build only works across their water and wastewater network.
Core capabilities include but are not limited to civils, mechanical & electrical, green solutions and pipelines with an increased emphasis on digital and innovation. The framework is split into five categories, with Tilbury Douglas having a place on categories 1, 3 and 4 as outlined below:
Category 1: Mansfield Sustainable Flood Resilience
This forms part of Severn Trent Water’s Green Recovery programme is a nature-based approach to reducing the risk of future flooding within Mansfield town centre.
The programme is a catchment-based partnership established to deliver multiple outcomes, flood risk, environmental, economic growth, and wellbeing plus amenity benefit. The programme’s objective is to cut the surface water run-off from the sewerage network, keep it on the surface, keeping it clean and attenuate, infiltrate or evaporate within installations that will accept and retain the surface water.
