Every year around 85% of our work is procured through collaborative frameworks (‘Construction Playbook’ and ‘Constructing the Gold Standard‘ aligned).

This provides benefits including:

Early contractor involvement, engagement and advice to identify optimum solutions
Reduced procurement costs, through fast-track and flexible options
An outcome-based approach to focus on client and stakeholder priorities
Opportunity to employ innovations and new technologies to improve productivity, safety and decarbonisation
Regional delivery to maximise small to medium enterprise (SME) and social enterprise use, and deliver sustainable high impact social value outcomes

DfE Construction Framework

We've collaborated using this framework to deliver more than £350m of school building projects since 2018.

Pagabo

We've successfully collaborated with Pagabo since their first construction framework was launched in 2015.

Procure Partnerships Framework

We've collaborated with Procure Partnerships since 2018 to deliver projects to meet the changing needs of our built environment and support ambitions to build back better.

Crown Commercial Services (CCS)

We're proud to be a framework contractor on one of the UK's largest public sector frameworks.

YORhub

We've been proactive partners on this suite of collaborative frameworks since 2009.

Southern Construction Framework

We were pleased to secure a place on the new SCF5 in 2023.

Cardiff & Vale Health Board Framework 2024

We've been appointed on Lot 3 of this framework (Major Works / Schemes – £4m – £7m).

North West Construction Hub

We were named as a North West Construction Hub (NWCH) framework partner in 2023.

NEPO

We've collaborated with NEPO since 2014 to successfully deliver a variety of public sector projects.

Thames Water AMP7

We are the primary delivery partner for Lot 4 Thames Valley Region of their AMP7 Capital Programmes Geographic Framework Agreements.

National Highways Scheme Delivery Framework (SDF)

The Scheme Delivery Framework is a six year, 12-Lot National framework, that commenced in September 2021.

The Yorkshire Water AMP7 Complex and Minor Civils Frameworks is a multi-supplier framework to service Yorkshire Water’s requirement for civil works across the Yorkshire Water estate covering all civil engineering-based activity.
