Paragon completes £13m design & build scheme of secured Government building

Paragon, the specialist fit-out division of Tilbury Douglas, has completed the £13m refurbishment project of an occupied government building for a key Client, which is the first of a multi-phased scheme.

The Cat B fit out represented the first phase of works to take place following close collaboration to develop the Stage 3 design with the Client and their professional team.

Danny Izatt, Director of Paragon, commented: “We are pleased to complete the first phase of this exciting project, which is a huge milestone for all involved. The project team has overcome many hurdles along the way including several external factors providing a challenging back-drop to this journey.
