Tilbury Douglas appointed on the new Pagabo Refit & Refurbishment Framework

Tilbury Douglas has been appointed on the new Pagabo Refit and Refurbishment Framework, a four-year framework which went live in May 2023. The framework provides national coverage and a compliant, flexible and collaborative procurement route for all project values. Tilbury Douglas has been appointed onto three lots:

  • Lot 3 – £1m to £5m
  • Lot 4 – £5m to £15m
  • Lot 5 – £15m+

This is the second generation of the Refit and Refurbishment Framework, which incorporates best practice and feedback from clients, end users and suppliers to ensure it is fit for purpose. The framework has delivered in excess of 65 projects to date, including works for clients such as UK Parliament, the University of York and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust.
