Tilbury Douglas appoints Regional Director – Scotland

Tilbury Douglas has announced the promotion of Barry O’Hagan to Regional Director – Scotland.

With 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, having managed main contractor and subcontractor firms, Barry joined Tilbury Douglas in 2022 as Operations Director – Scotland.
