Tilbury Douglas appoints Sector Director for Devolved Government
Tilbury Douglas, a leading UK building, infrastructure, engineering, and fit-out business, has announced the appointment of Jane O’Leary as Sector Director for Devolved Government, part of the company’s National and Strategic Accounts team.
Jane has spent more than 20 years in devolved and local government, including leadership of the Vale of Glamorgan Council’s transformative 21st Century Schools programme and contributing to NHS Building for Wales DFL1. She remains passionate about delivering innovation and excellence into the built environment and brings extensive expertise from her time as National Sector Director for Education at ISG.
