Tilbury Douglas completes refurbishment works at Nottingham Crown Court

Procured via the Ministry of Justice Strategic Alliance Eastern Framework, the project included the replacement of the roof directly above the live courts, alongside internal refurbishments to the lobby, glazing replacement works, MEP service upgrades and refurbishment of the existing atrium.

Delivered in collaboration with Tilbury Douglas’ Engineering team, YMD Boon architects and Hexa, the project required close coordination with the local authority to manage road closures, alternative logistics arrangements and site deliveries.
