Tilbury Douglas extends its Thames Water Framework
Tilbury Douglas, a leading UK building, infrastructure, engineering and fit-out business, has extended its Thames Water AMP7 Framework for the five years of AMP8 and has now secured the first 10 Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) contracts.
The ECI phase includes surveys and engineering advice, as well as input to optimise solutions for the £68m programme of works ahead of detailed design and construction.
Tilbury Douglas is also expecting a further 12 contract awards in the near future for ECI input on a further £102m of capital delivery value by the year end.
Andrew Bull, Managing Director of Infrastructure at Tilbury Douglas, commented: “Our extension not only reinforces our long-standing commitment to delivering water and wastewater infrastructure across the UK, leveraging our full in-house capabilities, but also aligns with our ambition to further support Thames Water’s drive for modern, resilient and efficient assets.
“We look forward to being awarded the new AMP8 ECIs and delivering early-design work across those 12 additional projects, working in close collaboration with Thames Water and other key stakeholders to protect the environment, safeguard public health and make a positive difference for its customers.”
