Construction apprenticeships, graduate schemes and placements

We are passionate about recruiting and developing our own talent for the future.

We recruit on an annual basis for those interested in pursuing construction and engineering apprenticeships, graduate schemes, and placements (a year out/gap year, and summer placement). Construction job categories include: quantity surveying, construction management, bidding/proposals and business administration to name a few.

A message for recruitment agencies

In accordance with GDPR regulations, we will not accept unsolicited on spec CVs from any recruitment agencies (other than from the candidates themselves) and do not accept unsolicited communications from external recruiters.

Tilbury Douglas has a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) and all agencies are expected to respect and adhere to our processes in place. An agency or independent recruiter must have a current, signed agreement, to be invited to supply candidates for a specific vacancy with Tilbury Douglas before presenting any candidates.

Candidates will only be accepted through our Applicant Tracking System (eArcu). The submission of unsolicited on spec CVs outside of this process or without a signed agreement will not create any obligation on the part of Tilbury Douglas to pay a fee of any kind and will be in breach of GDPR compliance.
