Project delivery

Recent delivery highlights focus on our exceptional engineering execution in complex, live environments. We successfully completed the final 10-year phase of a long term framework at the Old Bailey Criminal Courts with the City of London, delivering critical works within a fully operational Grade II* listed court building whilst maintaining business continuity while safeguarding the integrity of the historical asset.

At Catterick Integrated Care Centre, we drove programme certainty and quality through the adoption of modern methods of construction. A fully modularised plantroom and extensive multi-service corridor and riser modules enabled precision off-site fabrication, streamlined on-site installation, and significantly reduced disruption.

Across our wider portfolio, we continue to deliver high performance engineering solutions for the NHS, Department of Health, Ministry of Justice and Department for Education, in addition to supporting customers across commercial, industrial manufacturing, life sciences, higher education and other central and regional government sectors with safe, efficient, and technical delivery.
