- What selection criteria are usually applied?

The criteria will vary for each role but typically we will look at education, accreditation and charterships, past career history, responsibilities in previous positions, sector experience and transferable skills.
- What support is available throughout the application process?

- Am I eligible to apply if I do not have a work permit?

For our Early Career opportunities at Tilbury Douglas, we are only able to consider applicants who are currently legally eligible to work in the UK as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for any early careers position including the graduate scheme.
- If I am unsuccessful for a role, do I get feedback?

We do not offer detailed feedback due to the high volume of applications that we receive and the quick turnaround of the process, however we do provide any tests results for any tests you have undertaken as part of the recruitment process and will supply you with application tips should you be unsuccessful.
- Why do you collect information about me and how do you use it?

We ask you to complete a diversity questionnaire as part of our recruitment process to help us understand the diversity of our applicants and whether there are any representational gaps. While it is voluntary to disclose this information, we strongly encourage our applicants and employees to complete the diversity questionnaire. This allows us to continually monitor and improve our process, ensuring it is inclusive to everyone regardless of background.

Certainly. We review all applications anew. If you have not been successful previously, please utilise the feedback provided and apply again.
- Do you accept late applications?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept late applications to any role as our applicant tracking system will not allow it. All applications must be completed via our website, we cannot accept CVs and cover letters that are emailed to us. We publish all application dates on our website and send candidates reminders to submit.
