Tilbury Douglas announces appointment of Pre-Construction Director for Infrastructure

Tilbury Douglas, a leading UK building, infrastructure, engineering and fit-out business, has announced the appointment of Brett Jarman as Pre-Construction Director for Infrastructure.

Brett’s role within Infrastructure will be to lead the pre-construction team, making sure the business unit sustainably secures and converts opportunities into live projects and grows in an organic and transparent way in line with the business plan. He will also support the Sector Directors and Managing Director in the wider delivery of the Infrastructure business.

Brett is a Chartered Civil Engineer with extensive experience in highways, water and other civil engineering works.

He has worked at senior management level for medium and large civil engineering companies (including Morgan Sindall, Sisk, Jackson and Roadbridge), developing their businesses and customer bases.
