Tilbury Douglas appoints two new directors to growing South East office

Tilbury Douglas has appointed two new directors to their South East office further strengthening their footprint in the region.

Sean Ruddy (pictured, left) will join the construction company as Regional Commercial Director and Dean Lee (pictured, right) will join as Regional Operations Director.

Sean brings with him 35 years of experience working in London and the South East, holding senior commercial roles for Tier 1 contractors including Matthew Hall, Lend Lease and Balfour Beatty. Sean is a chartered surveyor and holds an MSc in Law and Arbitration.

Dean has over 30 years of experience in London and regional businesses and has a strong background in commercial management, together with operational roles with Kier. He is a fellow of RICS and holds an MSc in Construction Law. He will be concentrating on growing the Tilbury Douglas regional building business in the South East and assuring first class operational delivery.

Both roles will report to Richard Boeg, Regional Managing Director for Tilbury Douglas in the South East.
