Tilbury Douglas further strengthens its Infrastructure Work Winning team

Tilbury Douglas  has appointed Joe Connolly as Senior Proposals Writer and Rhianne Prenton as Proposals Writer within its Infrastructure Work Winning Team.

With 25 years of experience, including roles within Carillion and Galliford Try, Joe has spent the past 12 years in New Zealand, working for major international civil engineering firms Downer and Fulton Hogan across a wide range of work winning roles. Joe also holds an MBA in public procurement and is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.

Rhianne, who brings more than 10 years of work winning experience, specialises in energy and electrical systems within the industrial engineering industry.
